"“Dallas” Kelly Burns did a bait and switch on my new homeowner’s policy. After an on-site inspection of my home, Kelly said something about my basement - that my premium would be increased by approximately $40.00 per month. Why does this type of mistake never come out in favor of the client?"
"It is our standard practice to go thru our replacement cost tool with every client we write to make sure the home specs are correct. Dallas did this with you and entered the basement specs you provided. Once the home was submitted to underwriting, a third party vendor went out to review the home and notified underwriting the specs were off. Once underwriting updated the rebuild cost estimator, my office was notified and Dallas immediately called you to notify you and inform you that your premium would increase by $3 a month. Not sure what more we could have done."
